Ardendale Oaks has a lot of great neighborsl Major employers such as Cox Communications, United Health Care, and H&E Equipment reside at Bon Carre Technology Center, a major business center within a mile of Ardendale Oaks. Within three miles, two of Baton Rouge's premier services can be found at East Baton Rouge Parish's new Main Library and Whole Foods at Towne Center. Across the street from Ardendale Oaks, Ardendale will be one of Baton Rouge's newest upcoming developments. (Scroll down for more information about Ardendale.)
The Ardendale Neighborhood
The 200-acre Ardendale Development will be the home to many businesses, retail stores, and educational centers. It is anchored by Baton Rouge Community College's first completed school, the McKay Automotive Training Center. In addition, a second BRCC school has been funded with plans for a third. Adjoining those schools will be the recently approved East Baton Rouge Parish high school, the Ardendale Career Technical Educational Center. This entirely new community is planned to have a balance of property between retail grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, and residential living. Ardendale will be the most vibrant and high end community locating between Florida Boulevard and the City of Zachary. Although Ardendale Oaks Apartments is not actually a part of this Ardendale development, Ardendale Oaks will provide first rate rental housing for locals working and wishing to living in this sub-market. Therefore, we are pulling out all the stops to make Ardendale Oaks the "Nicest Apartments in North Baton Rouge."
